Dr. Thomas Correll, born 1944. Studied law in Munich and Paris. Obtained his Doctorate of law (Dr. iur.) in 1971. Worked in Bavaria’s Ministry of Finance/Finance Administration (Munich) until 1975. Admitted to the bar in Germany in 1976. Obtained certification as a specialist in tax law in 1978. Appointed as notary public in 1991. Lecturer in succession and fiscal matters, in the context inter alia of providing continuing legal education to notaries.

Member of the Advisory board of the Herbert Giersch Foundation, Frankfurt am Main/Magdeburg.

Focusses on corporate law, inheritance law, tax law, and fiscal offences law.
